OVERVIEW

The 400 Car Club is a non-profit organization and community started
in 2023, to find connection in
San Marcos Texas.

We worked with local businesses and elected officials to host monthly events open to the public with a goal to create a community without judgement.

The
ORGANIZATION

THE GOALS

  • to create an open minded and welcoming organization, where every individual feels welcome.


  • to reduce negative stereotypes surrounding
    car culture.


  • to create safe and curated car events for local enthusiasts as well as new individuals.

THE PROGRESS

  • We kept the community engaged by having both public and member only events to grow the organization in a natural way while being able to provide back to the members.


  • We focused on working with local businesses
    ensuringwe had permission to host, and enforced
    zero tolerance policies for members and events
    to ensure safety.


  • We promoted a culture of kindness and curiosity
    in both our members and our event experiences
    by focusing on community rather than chasing
    the coolest cars.

The OUTCOMES

  • The organization remains operating today under a new president, with the same goal to create an environment welcome to all.


  • We hosted 15+ public events in 2 years, garnering
    crowds of all ages, with over 50 people in attendance each event.


  • The organization hosted monthly events for over 2 years, both public, as well as additional private member centered experiences.

Creative
Direction

The Direction

As president and founder of the organization, I was the creative director and worked on larger scope projects for the organization.

I ensured imagery stayed updated with current trends in the automotive industry, as well as create all visual content for the organization.

This included but was not limited to ,Social Media Content, Merchandise, Posters & Flyers, and other related media and visual content to the brand.
